Any information related to real estate is recorded and stored in the real estate register. But what is the initial registration of a real estate? The first registration of a real estate in the real estate register is called initial registration. It is about those cases where a real estate has never been registered. For the initial registration, any interested person addresses the Local Real Estate Registration Office, which is located in the country where the real estate is located. The initial registration includes the mapping of the real estate on the cadastral map and the preparation of a specific card that defines the ownership or other rights that exist for the real estate.
How is the initial registration of a real estate done? Persons who own the documents as above, but who do not have the surface defined in them, must submit to the registrar a request for property registration, which must be accompanied by: ownership document a property survey plan prepared by a licensed surveyor; the notarial statement of the border owners, certifying the content of the request for the borders of the property that is claimed to be registered. Then, the Local Real Estate Registration Office returns an answer within 30 days from the date of submission of the request. The relevant expenses must be prepaid. Against the registrar's decision or in the absence of an answer, after this deadline, the interested person can appeal to the court.
